10.3 Server to 10.4 Server Upgrade

When upgrading from 10.3 Server to 10.4 Server, the installer does not create a system group called "certuser". The group number should be 29. Members should be root (0), jabber(84), postfix (27), and cyrusimap (77). This will cause problems with SSL services including Mail and iChat Server (Jabber).
